Why Fighting Can Be Good for Your Relationship
I know you must be thinking how fighting can be healthy in any relationship. Right? Well, really it is not that bad either.
The simplest and the first logic says 'No TWO people are the same' hence it is obviously difficult to adjust with the other, but sometimes the feelings are so true and strong that you just can't afford to let that person go. So, if you guys are fighting then take it this way: While mixing two materials the reaction between them could generate heat, like it happens in any chemical reaction. Just try to add some chemistry in your relationship! I hope you must have understood by now what I'm trying to say because I am pretty good with Chemistry and I can explain it with fairly good numbers of chemical reactions too.
My second logic goes like this: If you are fighting with your partner it is not because you want to get away from him/her, well that's because you do not like something about the situation and you have full right to tell them that you're not happy as you cannot fake as well. So it's fair enough to have a disagreement sometimes. Here's a little tip from my side that whenever you fight kindly don't lose hope of getting back together because if there's no hope, there's no way. After all, if you can love, kiss, cuddle then disagreements & conflicts comes along with the package and you guys have to deal with it and sort it out, together.
If you guys are fighting then it's no big deal because as my third logic implies, it's good to know the dark side of your partner as well so as to know what extent he/she can go while fighting. If he/she's abusing you then you should stop him/her right away because as per my personal experience if there's no respect for each other then there's nothing much left in a relationship. You should not lose your cool over petty issues and there's no room for abuse or violence. Just peace out, lovers.
Now the final one and trust me the most cutest logic is: You should have the genuine perception about your partner and if that leads to some kind of argument or cold war then it's okay because later when you guys talk, trust me that will definitely become one of the best conversations. It is that phase where you open your heart and say things more clearly and even accept it lovingly as you have to compensate for the time you lost where you guys didn't talk at all. Inside, you're dying to hear something from him/her so when that happens you giggle a little, curse a bit, and realize how crazily in love you are with him/her. Well I call it 'sleeping phase' in which lovers take rest from each other and when both of them wake up, they feel fresh and more loving.
So next time whenever you guys end up in some kind of argument, don't worry. Keep calm and remember to keep the flame of hope burning, maintain respect and kick start the conversation again. And tell your partner honestly what bothers you and if you think that will make you look clingy, well that's not. Trying to workout things with your lovey-dovey is pretty cool and if you're the first one to start the conversation keeping your ego aside then you're definitely going to earn some respect from your partner as well.

Kose IndiBlogger Meet | Launch of #SpaWake
It's better late than never, so finally here's my post for the Kose-Indi meet. As usual Indiblogger meet was fun-filled, not a single moment of boredom one can have there. This meet was special because it happened after almost 9 long months and moreover it was an exclusive "invite-only" meet. It was all about meeting fellow bloggers, delicious food, few drinks, non-stop chit-chatting and of course KOSE.. KOSE.. & KOSE!
I reached at the venue around 5.30 i.e. The Hyatt Regency, New Delhi. As I entered in there, I saw some people were registering for the meet, few were having coffee and others were just networking. With over 150 bloggers actively and enthusiastically participated and had a great time socializing with like-minded people who share the same passion for writing.
The meet started with Anoop's great words, laughter all across the hall, people shaking hands because they gave us a task. The task was to collect anything personal from the fellow bloggers and the twist was they cannot return it, isn't it an interesting way to mingle with others? Well, I wonder how do they always find such new and amazing ways to entertain us, moreover manage to never have a dull moment. Kudos to IndiTeam. Well, I managed to collect 14 personal items, stood second and that's why I got a chance to talk about my blog in '30 seconds of fame'. Here's a list of things I collected-

List of personal items that I collected from fellow bloggers. |
Here's a little about the company - Kosé is a Japan based cosmetic and beauty brand famous all across the world. It's a 40 years old skincare company and biggest one in Japan with over 450 billion yen market value. They are the one who introduced first beauty serum in 1975 and also the proud inventors of first powder foundation in the year 1976. For having a quality product range, they have won the prestigious Deming Prize which is Japan's national quality award for industry. Kosé has a partnership with many famous brands like Lóreal, marie claire, adidas skin protection and many more. It is one the companies which is growing rapidly in the skincare industry. India is the 26th country where they have launched their products.
After 3 years of research and many surveys on getting to know the requirements of Indians, they launched SPAWAKE. This range does not have any fruits or harsh chemicals, Spawake has seaweed called Laminaria Japonica extract, which makes it new and innovative from all the present skin care brands currently dealing in India. Their current investment in India is of 400 million rupees and also the products will be made in India and inspired from Japan. As of now their product line include fash wash, face mask, scrub, fairness cream for day and night and a fairness gel.
After all the information, the face of the product i.e. the brand ambassador of Kosé India was revealed. It is bollywood's one of the talented and gorgeous actress Aditi Rao Hydari. She was wearing a long sequin gown and was looking all beautiful. She praised the product and also talked about the underwater shoot for the advertisement. Then we had a chance to talk to the Kosé team and aditi rao hydari where they answered all the questions bloggers asked them about and then there was a musical event.
Around 9 the dinner was served, the hall was filled with the aroma of delicacies, sound of glasses clinking, people cheered and happy faces all around. We also got a hamper from the team Kosé, which included a huge wooden box and it had all the Spawake products that they launched and it also had a towel handkerchief, a hand-mirror and a 8GB pendrive. Isn't it awesome?! Indeed. Later sharp at 10, I boarded my Indibus which was arranged by the Indiblogger team and they dropped me home safely in time.
The very next day I tried their products, they were very light on the skin and to be very honest I really like the facewash, it's non lathering and because it has seaweeds, it gives a very fresh feel. It is definitely worth to give it a try. As Myntra is their official digital partner, you can buy SPAWAKE range from there online.
Here are a few pictures from the event:

Top 10 insensitive and shameless statements on Rape Cases and Women !
My mornings are incomplete without newspaper, so today when I was going through the paper I read Akhilesh Yadav's statement for Badaun gangrape case which totally blew my mind. His statement reminded me of more such people like him who have previously commented on women's situation in India and proved themselves how stupid and misogynist they are. So here are the top 10 woman-haters who are filthy rich but very-very small minded:
1. Asharam Bapu, spiritual guru
3. Jitender Chhatar, Haryana khap panchayat leader
(Well didiji, why are you in a co-ed party? Rather, you should form an 'All India Lesbian party')
(Whaaaaaaat? Just a mistake? Because of such people India is still struggling and known as an unsafe place to live in the world.)
Asharam Bapu, who is currently behind the bars for number of rape cases once commented on Delhi-gangrape case and said " The victim was equally responsible for the crime and rather than shouting if she'd have chanted God's name she would've still be alive."
2. Abu Asim Azmi, member of Samajwadi Party
Well next on my list is Abu Azmi, who suggested that "Women who were raped should also be punished and women having consensual sex should be hanged."
3. Jitender Chhatar, Haryana khap panchayat leader
According to Jitender Chhatar, "Eating chowmein leads to hormonal imbalance in guys which evokes an urge to have sex and that's why such acts (rapes) are happening day by day."
4. Mamta Banerjee, CM of West Bengal
Mamta Banerjee a.k.a Mamta Didi whose statement on rape-cases is even more shocking and shameful because she herself is a woman, rather than supporting a girl she said "Rapes happening because men and women are interacting more freely."
(Well didiji, why are you in a co-ed party? Rather, you should form an 'All India Lesbian party')
5. Mulayam Singh Yadav, member of Samajwadi Party
Another controversial statement was given by none other than Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav who opposed the anti rape law and said that "rape accused should not be hanged. So what if men make mistakes?"
(Whaaaaaaat? Just a mistake? Because of such people India is still struggling and known as an unsafe place to live in the world.)
6. Akhilesh Yadav, CM of Uttar Pradesh
Well like father, like son. In an interview a female journalist asked Mr. Akhilesh Yadav about UP rape cases to which he reciprocated "You are safe. Why do you worry?"
7. Sheila Dixit, member of Indian National Congress
Sheila dixit, another woman politician whose statement on rape cases created big controversy. In an interview she said, "One should not be adventurous being a women."
(Yeah and one politician should take some action against such cases, rather than just blabbering anything publicly.)
8. Banwari Lal Singhal, MLA Alwar (Rajasthan)
Banwari Lal Singh who is a BJP leader remarked in an interview that "Girl should not wear skirts as it is provocative, which is the reason behind increased cases of sexual harassment."
9. Mohan Madhukar Bhagwat, chief of RSS
Mohan bhagwat, RSS chief said, "rapes are rare in bharat but occur frequently in India". Well according to him westernization is the root which causes rapes and hence it is more common in urban parts of the country.
(Show him some rape statistics report which clearly says 75% of such cases happens in rural areas.)
10. Manohar Lal Sharma, an Indian Lawyer
"I only fight for a genuine and honest client" said Manohar Lal Sharma, who was the lawyer of Mukesh (one of the accused in Delhi gang rape case).
(Are you even a human being or not? You are defending a man who gangraped an innocent girl? There will be no space for you in hell as well.)
Well these are the few examples of some big mouth people who have no respect for women and society. I wonder how inhuman they are. Do they even think or just blabber anything which comes to their tiny mind?
What do you think about all this? Please share your views.

Instructional Design in E- Learning
E learning is association of technology and education. Instructional design is essential in e learning because it helps people in learning. But, what exactly instructional design means? Well, It’s a process where instructional designer creates an instructional environment of learning a specific course. It’s an iterative process that requires ongoing evaluation and feedback. Instructional design is to serve the learning needs and success of students through effective presentation of content.
Now, what does an instructional designer do?
- IDs discuss with subject matter expert (SME) about what students need to learn.
- Then, they develop some objectives and they thoroughly revise and rewrite content for it.
- After that, they create media by using some specific tools/software.
-They make it more interactive by adding assessments.
There are various instructional design models and we use them according to the particular situation or task:
1. ADDIE- It’s a 5-phase model. Steps include- Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate. It is the most frequently used model in e learning process.
- Analyze- This is the first phase of ADDIE, in which IDs clarifies problems and objectives with subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Design- They begin to create the project. They design the user interface and user experience.
- Development- In this phase, developers create graphics, programmers develop or integrate technologies.
- Implementation
2. Dick and Carey- This model is based on
reductionist model of breaking down instructions into smaller components.
3. Rapid prototyping- Creating small prototypes and reviewing them at each step makes it more effective in designing e learning material.
Why ID is essential in e learning?
3. Rapid prototyping- Creating small prototypes and reviewing them at each step makes it more effective in designing e learning material.
Why ID is essential in e learning?
Without
instructional design, you just have information on a screen. It might be
pretty, and you might have flashy graphics or high quality video, but you won't
get good results. If you want your e-learning to improve skills and change
behavior, it needs to be designed by someone who knows instructional design.
Otherwise, you might as well just put the content in a PDF and let people read
it.

Parents Lie.... But why ??
Do you think your parents do not lie to you? Then check out this revelation post and ask yourself “parents lie… But why?”
- “I have a surprise for you but you will get it only when you eat your food”. But the moment you complete your meal, they will make some excuses like “Okay, we will think about it”, “Tomorrow for sure, beta”.
- Almost all the parents lie about Santa, that “if you will misbehave Santa will not come on this Christmas”. Oh my lord, Why they say such kiddish things?
- “Don’t want go to school? It’s already 8” but in real, the time must me around seven. I am telling you they enjoy such pranks!
- “If you’ll ever lie, your nose will grow”. Then may God bless our parents. Huh!
- Drinking tea or coffee will make your complexion dark. Yo! Nigga.
- “Eating chocolates causes acne”. Yesterday i went to a parlor and had a chocolate facial. Duh?
- “Don’t cross your eyes or make funny faces, you will become like that permanently.”
- “If you will use perfume, ghosts will take you to their house”. That is better than being with liars. :P
- “If you swallow seeds of a fruit, a tree will grow inside you”. OMG, our parents are so creative in lying.
- “If you ever do this again, we will send you to the boarding school where you will wash your clothes on your own, iron them and of course, your strict warden will not give you food.”
- “No sweetie your brother is not my favorite, i love you both same.”
- “When I was of your age, I used to do all my chores on my own”.
- “If you tell me the truth, i am not going to scold you”. It’s a traaaap, they will scold you very badly anyways.
- We are going to uncle’s house only for an hour. Trust me it will not take long and then they repeat “One hour” after every hour.
- “Wow, you look so beautiful”, even when you’re looking so horrible.
Help me to make this post even better. Share your moments when you felt cheated by your parents in the comment section. :)

The Secret To Winning ?
Recently, I attended a bloggers meet which was organized by Indiblogger, where my team won the first prize for performing a skit/play. Next day, I got a message from one of my fellow blogger “Congratulations, I should always join your team because you always win”. After reading the message, I smiled and then I thought about it for a while. I replied “Sure, we’ll win together”. Many times people ask me “How do you win so many prizes?”, “What exactly you do that you always win?”.
Do you want to know the winning
secret? Just go through this article, you’ll get
to know the secret of my winnings.
There was a time, when I used to have a
fear of facing people and participating that I might lose the competition
because of the tough opponents. I never participated in a debate or in other
competitions. When I was in school, I used to be a shy kid. During the time of
inter school competitions, I used to spend time alone because my other friends
were busy participating in some activities. I don’t have much memories of
winning in school as compared to my other friends, I felt bad and envied them
for that. I wish for a time machine, so that I could go back and change
those regretful moments.
Just by regretting and not performing is
not the solution for any problem. I promised myself that I will never regret
for anything in future. I will participate in whatever opportunities I will get.
And honestly, there’s no secret of success. Your hard work and patience will
give you the actual fruit of joy. We all have some fears like fear of heights,
fear of public speaking and many more. So you need to overcome that fear
if you want to be the winner. So rather than believing in any magic, work hard
and live your present to the fullest is all you need to do for winning anything
and everything.
There’s a very famous saying “Yesterday is
history and tomorrow is a mystery, today is the gift of God, which is why we
call it the present”. Never lose an opportunity and regret for it. Live your
dreams and make your parents feel proud on you.
“Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow
has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.” - Mother Teresa
My Platinum Day of Love
You must have heard about the “platinum day of love” in T.V commercials or on any social media channel. However, do you
know the story behind this tagline? Well, it is about the day when you realize that you
want to spend the rest of your life with your loved one forever and for always.
They chose platinum as the symbol of love because
- It is the rarest element in the earth’s crust, just like true love rarest of rare.
- It is considered a noble metal, and as we all know love is a noble act of offering trust.
- Platinum is non-toxic, just like love.
Everyone has his or her own love stories, some
lasts forever and some ends with a surprise or a shock. Imagine hearing my voice talking to you as you read
this article because I am going to share my platinum day of love with
you.
The
beginning- I met him two years ago at a
party. It was one of my closest friend’s birthday party,
so we all were having a good time. My friend also invited him (Aman) our
batch-mate but different branch. We glanced at each other but didn't talk. Everyone was enjoying the party suddenly a boy (Stranger) came
to me and asked for my number. Just when I was about to react, Aman pulled me
towards him. I rested my head on his chest and wrapped my arms around him with
the fear of the situation.
(When
I came back home, I was only thinking about those moments of love whole night.)
The second meet-up – It was our college fest when we met again as we
were in the organizing team; it was the last day of our fest and Rashid Ali was
the main guest who was going to perform. His songs are so melodious and soulful.
We (Aman and I) exchanged glances but as everybody was around so we didn't talk to each other. AGAIN! Just when Rashid Ali entered and started singing “Kahin
To Hogi Wo”, I noticed we were behind the stage alone and it was a beautiful night,
stars were twinkling and the dim moonlight made the whole scenario even more
sparkling. For the first time, we talked and danced on those beautiful tracks.
(This time when
I came back home, he called me and we talked all night.)
The Proposal – We started talking and spending time with each other. It was Valentine’s
Day and we went to Hauz Khas Village, one of the most beautiful places in Delhi.
We were sitting near the lake when he started playing guitar and also sang the
same song i.e. “Kahin to hogi wo” and proposed me. We started dating because my
answer was a big YES! We’ve been inseparable ever since.
(Our love grows
more each day. Sometimes things get rough but he's worth it.)
So this is my platinum day of love, when he proposed because that day we decided to be with each other forever and for always. I Love Us!
Seeds Of Violence | Guest Post
Guest Post by Maddy !
This has happened to all of us. This is how
we are made a part of this marathon that we run lifelong only to regret all of
it the end nearly learning nothing. This is how differences occur between us:
“In any school this is the most common site
of any given classroom
A teacher asks a question and asks a random
student to answer (it’s not always the case that he might know the answer). If
the student doesn't answer, the other scores are ready to answer with their
hands waving high up in the air.
Student’s purpose: To win, to advance himself
at the expense of his peers.
Teacher’s purpose: To see if students learned
their lessons well.
What actually happens: No one knows how embarrassed the
child feels when they are not able to answer. They feel hurt, like they have
lost something in life.
As a result, he might never raise his hands again even if he
knew the answer. Or he might just feel like having an irrelevant revenge on the
person who embarrassed him in a similar manner of course.
Voila! The seeds of differences, violence have been planted successfully into your peaceful mind!”
From the very young and tender age in order to gain more we fight against each other, compete against each other and plot against each other. Instead of following our basic nature of helping others, instead of caring, instead of guiding, instead of being HUMAN we grow against each other. We water the seeds of negativity, hatred, anger, jealousy, grudges against each other. And then we expect PEACE in our world, HARMONY with everyone, LOVE from the God.

SOLUTION: “I’m no philosopher
to ponder over such points of insanity” this is how we all think cause we are
selfish and LAZY. We want someone else to always take care of bigger problems.
What I can tell you is no problem is big or
small, tiny droplets make the sea or the ocean, bigger problems are
manifestation of the smaller ones that we neglected and didn't take care of,
then they aggravate and we no more have time for them. BUT, we can still make a
difference. To make a BIG solution we can begin by taking care of the smaller
things, as the smaller ones fall in place, the bigger ones will be
automatically taken care of.
Coming back to the solution (I was carried
away). I read this in one of the books I read sometimes back, in one the schools
education system if a student didn't know the answer to the question asked to
him/her in a classroom, no other student would raise their hand to answer cause
it was considered rude and uncivilized to humiliate or embarrass the first
student, it was thought to be barbaric to grow upon someone else’s expense, by
showing him down (though this very nature is considered very important in
today’s “Modernized” & “Civilized” schools and society). Just think over
this, aren't we living in a completely inappropriate world were society
promotes competition instead of communal harmony and peace.

Crimes Against Women | Book Review
"Crimes Against Women"- Three Tragedies And The Call For Reform In India
Publishers: HarperCollins
“Crimes against women” as the name
says everything about this book is about women condition in India. As we all
know 2012 was the most disastrous year for all the women fraternity. Female
feticide, gang-rapes, eve-teasing, murders and many more such true crime
stories are phenomenally narrated by the authors of this book. This book is
about the three tragedies which happened last year which shows chauvinistic
attitude of people for women in India. The Wall street journal published with
in-depth research about Delhi gang rape on 16th December, baby falak
severe condition and murder of sister valsa.
All the stories were deeply
investigated by WSJ’s authors Krishna Pokharel and Paul Beckett. This book is
divided into three parts-
Part-1: Sister Valsa, a 53 year’s
old nun was brutally murdered by the villagers for whom she did so much. This
incident happened in Pachwara a village in Jharkhand. She fought for villager’s
rights. In 2002, she organized “Rajmahal Hills Protection movement” against
Panem Coal Mines LTD because they were extracting coals and destroying their
lands for other purposes. But after some time the greed for royalties spoiled
the relationship of sister valsa and parganaith’s (head of the village) son who
begun challenging sister valsa’s supervisory role and he wanted to have
complete control of the process of negotiating with the company. On 15 November 2011, around 40 men armed with weapons attacked and murdered Sister Valsa.
Part-2: Story of baby falak is
about prostitution, human trafficking, bride selling and domestic violence. This
story is about Munni Khatoon and her three children Golu, Khushboo and Sania
(Falak). They suffered over 10months, from mid-2011 to early 2012. Many people
exploited them; baby falak’s severe condition opened everyone’s eyes including
police, media and some politicians. When police started investigation, they
unfolded many other crimes that were happening in the underbelly of Indian
society.
Part-3: A gang rape that happened
in Delhi on December 16, 2012 in which a girl was allegedly raped by 5 men and
a teenage boy. A young woman who was studying physiotherapy and her male friend
who is a software engineer boarded a bus after watching Life of Pie at a very
famous mall in Delhi boarded a bus from Munirka to Dwarka around 9PM. We can
never imagine in our worst nightmares that actually happened that night with
that young couple. The girl was mercilessly raped in a moving bus. Some other
aspects of this story are also well written in this novel.
Read all these stories closely in
this novel because these cases changed the image of developing India. WSJ
researched about each incident before publishing the stories in a novel. We all
have heard about these cases on many different news channels but WSJ explored
these crimes with their expert team of researchers. As we all know all these
cases were once on the headlines of every news channel but after some time
because of our slow system, these cases fade away. So what happened with the
criminals and all the ‘behind the scenes’ are very well written in this book by
maintaining the emotional pull.
The best part about this book is
the afterword part in which they suggested the changes that need to happen in
India, if we want to change the image of our country. WSJ also researched on
various other cases and found the main problems in India are-
1. Police ratio to
citizens is very low i.e. 1 police for 1030 citizens.
2. Chauvinistic and misogynistic attitude of people in India.
3. Ignorance of small issues leads to such horrible incidents.
I recommend
this book to all those who loves to read about true incidents. This book is about
those brave and innocent women who sacrificed their lives because of some ill-mannered people. It’s a MUST read for all the citizens of India because they all should
know and feel the pain of women who are living fearfully.
